Well my cousin asked me if I was gay and I said maybe a little bit, and he said he'd keep it a secret. Then he asked me if he could suck my cock, I asked why and he said because he thought he might be gay.
So I let him, and then afterwards he said (in the god damn kitchen whit his sister in the hall and her freind down stairs) well after I drank alot of tea and threw up a little bit I feel soo much beter. I was wide eyed and then to blow my mind even more he said "well I know I'm not gay" very loud. I think they both heard it.
Then after that he went outside to, get this, make out with his girl freind. Which I was ok with but still.

If you mean the fact they are cousins, marriage of cousins has been accepted in many times and places, so it can't be considered as instinctively known to be wrong.
Perhaps the deeper problem is letting lust override doubts - at the very least doubts over whether it was a good idea.
