I'm wondering what the earliest a doctor can do a pregnancy test?
A girl has told me that she is pregnant, we had sex on Saturday night and has told me that she had a test on Friday and got the positive results today (Sunday).
She says that the test is positive, but (for reasons I don't want to go into here) I don't believe her and I think this is something that is defiantly wrong and I'd like to be sure.
Generally you need to wait until the next period is due, but some tests are a bit more sensitive. A positive test in a week is not impossible, but might not be completely reliable.
