I recently discovered a series of bumps similar to mosquitoe bites on either side of my hips, about 15-20 per side. They don't itch, but they are a little sensitive. It originally appeared to be consistent with where my belt sits on my hips, but it seems to be spreading downward a little more each day. Also, and I don't know if this is a coincidence, but on both of my legs from the bottom of my hip down I have several (10-15) of what appear to be ingrown hairs. (They are red bumps almost resembling pimples). They don't itch either though. I don't see anything like this on my penis or testicles, but I have no idea what the rash is. I have been feeling fatigued lately, but I have partied every night this week and didn't get much rest either. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this rash? Please help.

The only thing I can think of is that it's a heat rash, you could try some creams (I don't know any US brands) maybe that will get rid of it!

Does sound like a heat rash. Just check in a pharmacy for creams that are for rashes etc and that may take care of it. As for the ingrown hairs or pimple like things, perfectly common to have them there, I'd leave them alone and let nature do her thing, that reduces the risk of infection. Keep an eye on them though and watch for changes in color, shape or any infection. If any of that happens I'd say you should see a doc.

I have the same thing i think. I notice i get these ingrown hair looking rashes when i sweat alot. I don't think they are heat rashes though because i have always been active and never have had anything even remotely like these. I think there is a new undiagnosed STD going around...

Did you ask your doctor about shingles? If you have ever had chicken pox, it is a possibility. It would be more likely to hit you when your immunity is down like after a binge.
