i have these things on the underside of my penis and a little bit on top that are sort of like midget pimples or something, and i dont know quite what they are or why they are there or if they are serious?
they have been there for a while now

Dude I don't think you have to worry, i think what you're talking about are called, pearly white papules, some of us have them, and I know they are annoying but hey at least they are not dangerous in anyway... That's what really counts right???

Nothing to worry about at all, sounds just like pearly penile papules. They are not pimples and cause no harm. Think of them as extra ribbing!

I have them too. I'm thinking of using a wart remover to freeze it to remove them. Is this recommended?

NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT! Don't ever put anything such as a wart remover or other solution on your penis. If you are that concerned about them, see a doctor and discuss it. Seriously, they are nothing to worry about. Its just part of the penis skin for many of us.

i have them too, but just recently i realized that one of them is getting very large, about the size of a pea. it is hard and slightly painful to the touch. anyone got any ideas. i dont have an easily accesible doctor.

Is this pea sized bump swollen and red? Does it appear to be a pimple? Sounds like it may be an ingrown hair follicle. I would watch it for any change in size or color or if pain increases...if these things happen I think you should try to find a doctor. It may "open" and drain on its own if its pimple like or a hair follicle. I wouldn't recommend that you attempt to "pop" or open it because of the risk of infection (which you don't want there!) Try taking warm baths to soak the area. You might also want to contact a local health clinic or emergency room if it gets really bad.
