I have these little tiny bumps all around the head of my penis, I've had them before.. and they usually dissappear within a day or so... I'm hoping its just a hygene thing because I was stranded somewhere where I was not able to shower for 3 days. (I shower daily.) and I'm not sure if something like that happened before. anyways, they are 1mm at the most and nothing like puss or anything comes out. almost like tiny mosquito bites. it feels kinda like a rash, but its not very bad... I cant reall match it to any STD... can someone help??

oh, and I also have these little white umm.. how can I describe it, the top part before it gets to the neck, its got a row of white hard little brush like bumps... girls notice, and love it.. but I want to know if it could be bad also? I've had these my whole life.. I think maybe its cause I drink ALOT of milk. I have similar little packets (indiidual ones) in some other places, like on on my cheeck. its not something thats easy to notice, if anyone wants to see a picture that might be able to tell me something just ask me. I need to know

THe first condition you describe that goes away may be related to the period of time without showering, as long as they go away, I would think it's OK. As for the second set of "bumps" you describe....I think that sounds like pearly penile papules. Many of us have these, they are small flesh colored or whitish bumps. Not an STD, just part of the equipment and nothing to do about them. Nothing to worry about, you're right...most people don't even notice them. Glad you wrote!

I first noticed the witish skin colored ones, when I was watching a movie... and I just happend to notice I looked different. mine are alot more noticable than any I've ever seen in any movie, I watched a few more closesly just to make sure. as for the other ones yeah, I think it is that situation, cause I had sex THEN was unable to shower for 3 days.. that was terrible and I am not circumsized so it is more moisture retaining.. I think it was the effect of like when u sit on a wet surface for too long
