My balls itch. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get them to stop itching?

my boyfriend tells me that his balls itch all the time so i just figured that it was a part of life! i know that this probably didnt help any but if you get an anser i will be sure to tell my boyfriend it drives him crazy

they are probably itching because of a fungal infection. The same fungus that causes athlete's foot and jock itch can grow between the scrotum and where the penis rests against it. Whenever you have skin against skin with warmth and sweat, bacteria and fungus can grow. Make sure you wash the area well every day in the shower with soap and water, and make sure all the soap is rinsed off well. After a shower, apply baby powder to the area - this will help keep it from sweating so much and will tend to prevent bacteria or fungus from growing. You may also want to switch to boxers since they tend to allow for more airflow to keep the sweating down.
