Hi there. I'm 17 and for the past year I've been noticing some little...dot(ish) or bump(ish) things under the hood of my penis all the way around and some slightly bigger ones right below the opening of my urethra (pee hole) on both sides of that little piece of connective tissue. I assume that they aren't normal or glandular...because I've never heard any mention of them or seen them in porn or anything. They're really tiny and there are hundreds of them...but they don't hurt or feel bad at all. They're not an STD because I had them before I'd become sexually active. I know it's not anything cancerous...I'm concluding that it might be a contained viral thing. But I'm really not sure. Oh...yeah...and the bigger ones are a little white on the top..but I've tried popping them and they're unpoppable (I'm sorry if that sounded gross). The smaller ones are skin colored.Also...could someone give me a description of what it feels like after ejaculation or during peeing? I just want to see if I feel the same way as everyone else. And does any semen still dribble out during the minutes after ejaculation? Thanks to those who reply. IP: Logged |

After ejaculation...I kinda feel tingly, and have small muscle movement in my penis...and still feel like I'm ejaculating... As for the spots, there's another post abut it somewhere...IP: Logged |

Not sure what that is. It may be some sort of skin infection. I would see a doc about it and perhaps you can get some medication for it. quote:

After ejaculation my penis spasms uncontrollably with about 2 second intervals for about 1 minute after I ejaculate, then gradually settles down. The rest of my body feels, well, great! A bit exhausted, by great. Also, whatever hornyness I had, completely goes away and I feel almost anti-horny. Peeing? Well that's tough to describe, but I guess a warm sensation in the penis, that feels like fluid running through the middle of it. As I pee, the bladder feels relieved. Is this the description you were looking for? It feels very different than ejaculation if that's what you mean. quote:

Oh yes. Quite a bit leaks out after ejaculation (probably 2 or 3 big drops of semen leak out over 5 minutes or so after ejaculation). Always leaves a stain on my underwear - kind of annoying. IP: Logged |

After ejaculation, is there any sort of irritated sensation sometimes?Or when you have to piss afterwards, does that burn a little? At some point I remember a doctor saying it was normal to have post-ejaculation irritation, but I was wondering if that was in relation to something else. Thanks for the help, and I probably have more questions so answer these ones and keep my post going. IP: Logged |

No, I don't get any irritation after ejaculation or urination. You may have a urinary tract infection, but if you already saw a doctor about it, he/she would have noticed it. Has this always happened? IP: Logged |

I have always had this: Within a few minutes after ejaculating, some semen will leak out of my penis as it continues to shrink from 7.5" down to 3". I also get an itching feeling in my urethra (tube) from the base of my penis and inside above my scrotum. When I pee after this, it clears out the itch, but burns mildly in the process. This is normal and causes me no trouble. Also the tiny white bumps along the rim of the head are normal.[This message has been edited by Tim (edited July 21, 2001).] IP: Logged |

Yes, it does smell like pee sometimes. Most guys are pretty good about squeezing and shaking the penis after peeing to get the last few drops out of the urethra. However, there is always a drop or two that leaks out and will tend to dry at the tip of the penis head or in our underwear. Some guys are better than others at this "milking" the penis after peeing to minimize and drops. The ones that don't do this, will definitely smell strongly of pee by the end of the day. Even the ones that do it well will smell a little bit though. Also, we generate other odors down there as well that we can't help. I mean if we just came out of the shower, the penis won't smell at all. But over the course of the day, oils and sweat come out around the penis, testicles, groin, and pubic hair, and can make kind of a musky smell. It smells a little bit like armpit body odor, but a lot sweeter. Supposedly, females are attracted to a little bit of this odor we generate, called pheremones. However, too much of this odor caused by lack of daily bathing becomes offensive. Most males try to minimize any odor by washing down there in the shower every day. Any odor you smell down there at the end of the day shouldn't be offensive, but actually erotic for women. IP: Logged |

thanks for your reply i have another question.... it may sound stupid, but i´m feeling risky so i´ll ask well, the question is : do any guys whipe the pee with a tissue or something? i can totally understand the natural odor that forms throughout the day, due to the oils and sweat, etc... by the way, and i also understand that the pherhormones can make it appealing to females. So that´s not a problem. i´m just curious to know if the pee smell can be eliminated completely. I was really intrigued by this. ** you didn´t say if the pee odor bothered men. IP: Logged |

I do, actually. I know my girlfriends brother does, who's 25. It's the surest way to stay completely clean of urine. Most people think that's weird though...dunno why. Apparently some people think shaking our piss all over our pants and genitals and hands is more manly.Peace out. IP: Logged |

Sometimes our ejaculation is acidic in content (often related to diet) and that can cause some irritation or burning after ejaculating and then peeing. No problem and nothing to worry about unless it burns constantly or excessively. As for those whitish thingys, sounds like pearly penile papules and yes, they are common. Many of us have them, they are not an STD and nothing can be done about them. They aren't pimples so you can't pop them! Like I said in your other post, when you see your doc you can talk with him about them also and he can explain it better than me. Also, if this isn't what they are, then he/she can diagnose and "fix" it. Remember that your ejaculation travels through lots of tubes to come through your penis so that "dribbling" is the rest of the ejaculation finally making it through the penis. Yes, it's terribly frustrating and does stain the underwear, just like urine. As for the sensation in the tool after ejaculation... I've never really thought about that and as I do it's different every time depending on the "whole situation" and what exactly took place! Write back anytime with questions, that's why the board is here!IP: Logged |

girl, If I am sitting in a stall, or at home, I often wipe to remove pee. Being uncut, there's more skin for it to get wet. When I'm at a urinal though, I just milk and shake it.IP: Logged |

Some do, but most don't. I never do. Most guys use urinals, and there is no tissue paper there, so there ya go. quote:

If a guy showered twice a day and used tissue paper to wipe the head of his penis and milked it after urinating, then yes, I would think the pee smell can be eliminated completely. But even just shaking and milking after urination will keep any pee smell to a minimum (probably not even noticeable). If you smell a strong pee odor on a guy's penis, then he's probably not practicing good hygiene (i.e. not washing daily, and not shaking/milking to get the extra drops of urine out after peeing).

I'm not sure what you mean? I'm straight so I don't care if there's pee odor on a penis. For my own penis, I've never had a pee odor that I could smell from down there. Bending over and sniffing down there, I can detect a slight odor by the end of the day, but it certainly doesn't bother me. I actually kind of like it (not the pee odor, but the musk odor).

thansk for your reply I meant if the pee odor makes any of you (men) uncomfortable, or insecure when you´re going to have a woman perform oral sex, or something... you know, like us (women), that are constantly worried about any smell that could come out of our vaginas. IP: Logged |

Well...also...pee odor only comes from a diet with not enough water...so...if a guy is healthy...there shouldn't be a problemIP: Logged |

I guess it depends on the guy. I am somewhat conscious of bad odors that may turn a girl off, so I usually take a shower before I plan on any sexual activities - that way I know I won't smell bad for her. I don't think any guy would want to intentionally smell bad and turn a girl off that may perform oral sex on him. But I suppose some guys don't realize they may smell or, don't care. Which is why I say it probably depends on the guy and how self conscious they are about hygiene. IP: Logged |
