I guess u start when it gets noticeable. Usually when u start seeing a darker mustache under your nose. I shave a few hairs about every 2 weeks with a razor under my nose and nowhere else. I am 14. I think it looks weird when you have only a few hairs here and there and I prefer to get rid of them.IP: Logged |

I think it largely depends on your own personal preferences about looks. You can never shave, and eventually grow a full beard and moustache (but some schools don't like that), or you can shave off every hair you see whenever you see it, or anything in between. Many people leave it until it gets rather noticeable (or until the school dance). The age at which you're shaving regularly depends on your genetics. Some people are very hairy early, others late. I'd guess the average male starts shaving daily around 17 or 18, but, as I've said, there's a lot of variation. IP: Logged |

Enjoy not shaving as long as you can. Because once you start every day, you wish you didn't. And don't worry if you are late starting. I shaved occasionally, but I was 27 when I started shaving everyday. I am now 47, and I still can't grow a good beard. I have about 10 days growth at present, only because I am on vacation til next week. But it still looks scraggly.later IP: Logged |

As Starwood said "enjoy it while you can"But thank God for making me a blonde, unlike my dark haired friends my 5 O'clock shadow isn't noticable, but the roughness is a bitch. I started when I what about 15/16 can't remember (think I'm getting on a bit now (23)) IP: Logged |

Its different for each of us and totally depends on personal preference. However, once you start, be ready to continue because it begins to grow much faster. So like others have said, enjoy not having to shave as long as you can....it can be a pain in the butt, which is why I have a beard!IP: Logged |
