everytime i come on this site there are always always always new posts (and lots of them) that say something like 'help me! i have a large labia minora!' well ok firstly i dont think there is much anyone could do to 'help' you with your 'problem'. secondly, if there are this many girls who have large labia minoras (and there are probably even more, just those girls don't feel insecure and publicicze their large l.m.), than it's obviously a pretty common thing and you should all just relax. especiall as you get older and so do the guys you mess around with, theyve probably seen girls with large minoras and they probably won't be all that bothered. so relax and be confident cuz one thing that ive learned is that plainer girls w/ confidence and an outgoing personality are going to beat out the prettier, less confident ones. *be happy with who you are*IP: Logged |

I have larger inner labia and they dont really hang like alot of girls said (they only stick out about 1 cm), but i think no matter what every1 has 1 that is slightly bigger. For instance, you can't notice the difference in mine when u look at them but i can tell 1 is a little bigger than the other..It's totally normal.oh and by the way, alot of the time on this site girls will say it's all heriditary to have large inner labia, well its not. I've talked to some of the girls in my family about it and I'm the only one. My mom, sisters, aunts, and cousins all have very little inner labia, so it all depends on the person!

Girls, there is NOTHING WRONG with you, ie. if you have long labias, it is soooooooooo normal, please understand that your labias are that length because that is the way they were meant to be. We all have a preconception, that they are short and small ie. we have all seen Playboy and Penthouse, well they are not, and most of those women have had the images photoshoped because most woman's labias are all different in length. Now can you sleep at night!!!!  Please do yourselves a favour and send an email to an address female_genitals@yahoo.com from there they will advise you of two sites to access that are not porn sites but information for woman who want to see and read about the many varied types of vaginas and labias etc and then see for yourself then you will see you are not so different from everyone else. There are millions of woman with LONG LABIAS, SHORT THIN LABIAS, LONG CLITORIS', SMALL CLITORIS, the list is endless and men and woman alike love them. The reason that the sites are set up to require an email request instead of just posting the URLs directly is to provide a minimal screening device which weeds out surfers for free porn. Anyone not interested enough to put in the effort to send an email will be better off burning someone else's bandwidth. Yahoo sets strict limits on the amount of access a site can have and shuts down the site temporarily every time those limits are exceeded. The webmaster of the-clitoris.com had to remove all images when the URL got around and bandwidth costs skyrocketed to thousands of $$ per month. The site is intended to be limited to people with serious concerns or a desire to learn. There is no age verification because I believe admantly that people need this information long before they reach the age specified by some silly and aritrary law. The email also gives women the chance to express specific concerns which may not be addressed by the sites and allows me to respond to them individually. This kind of input is essential to making sure the sites meet real needs.

Thanks for the advertising. I had hoped that women would do exactly what you have done and refer women with concerns to the sites. I have dealt with many middle-aged women who are seriously neurotic about the size of their genitals and have reached the age where their beliefs are nearly impossible to change. The earlier age at which women can get this information, the better for them (AND their mates) and the quality of their lives. I really don't mind the direct addresses being posted here because it is a forum highly selected for exactly the kind of people I am trying to reach. However, even with the screening process a few knuckleheads have slipped through. All I ask is that you be cautious and use a lot of discretion where you post references to the sites, due to the bandwidth problems mentioned above. If these sites get run into the ground it will deprive women of information some of them need very badly.

NO woman's labia are perfectly symmetrical, any more than their breasts, hands, or even sides of their face are identical. Most women's labia are different in length, thickness, color, or texture. If you visit the sites, you will even find one picture of a woman who essentially has only one labia - the other is virtually absent. funlorah -
You don't mention how old you are, but you sound young. Young boys don't get much chance to see female genitals, so most are clueless about what they really look like. The best way to "fix" your BF's potential reaction is to first educate yourself about your own normality, and then put this confidence to use in some open and honest communication. Men in general like pussies in general. Trust me, I know. If you are comfortable with yourself, chances are he will be too. If not, you will likely be better off with a different BF.
